Show WOMEN HONOR OFFICERS OF UTAH STAKE Retiring Members of Relief Society Stake Board Given Reception. The retiring officers of tbe Utah stake Kelief society board were given hearty recognition for The work done during their incumbency Saturday afternoon at College hall. The reception in their honor was a most pleasing affair. More than SOU women from various parts of Utah stake were present to testify to the work that has been carried on bj the outgoing officers during the past few years. There were present from the Relief Re-lief society general board, Mrs. Jennie B. Knight, Mrs. Louise Y. Robinson and Miss Alice Reynolds. Rey-nolds. I Mrs. Inez Knight Allen, the retiring re-tiring stake president, and her twoj counselors, Mrs. Annie D. Palmer and Mrs. Inn G. Hod son, each were presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Mrs. Allen's were in a large cut glass bowl, while those of Mrs. Palmer and Mrs. Ilodsou were in cut glass vases. The presentation speech was made in a choice manner by Miss Alice Reynolds, editor of the R-lief Society magazine. Copies of Edgar G ests's poems were given to rhe other retiring officers of the bo-rd. Sentiments from Relief society workers of the Utah srake were presented in a big valentine heart t.i Mrs. Allen by little Miss Jane Newell. A delightful program was carried out a fter which a procession was formed and the retiring officers shook hands with the women present. pres-ent. Refreshments were served.
