Show BRONZE BUST CFC.E.DALL5N LATEST GIFT Mothers' Study Club Present Masterpiece of Great Sculptor's Sculp-tor's Handicraft Outstanding among the contributions contribu-tions to this year's national art exhibit ex-hibit is a bronze bust of the noted sculptor, Cyrus E- Dalliu, which was presented to the Springville high school by the Mothers' Sludy club of Ibis city. This masterful work of are was unveiled before -an enthusiastic assemblage as-semblage of students and citizens at the art gallery Tuesday after-j noo'i. The gift has a two-fold value lo Springville art lovers. First, it places before thein the, noble, inspiring in-spiring features of a native son a sculptor who has gained fnme in his chosen profession and, secondly, it is the work, the precious delicate moulding of the famous sculptor himself The unveiling exercises were impressive, im-pressive, and marked another achievement in the great procession of I he art movement in this city. Mrs. Lewis J. Witney, president of the Mothers' Study club, was in charge of the program, which included in-cluded the following: Selections, high school orchestra ; vocal solo. F.lmo Coffman: "Life o Cyrus E. Dallin." J. F. Dallin : presentation of bronze bust of Cyrus E. Dallin. Mrs. Wayne Johnson: acceptance, Wayne Johnson; response of appreciation, appre-ciation, Princip.-il E. E. Knudsen ; chorus. Junior girls' glee club. In addition to this wonderful con tributiou. which is regarded by the sculptor himself as one of bis finest fin-est works, the club contributed $50 in cash to the art fund.
