Pleasant where Mr. and Mrs. Darley Dar-ley will make their home for the coming winter. Mr. and Mrs. Lavell Curtis of Miles spent the week-end with relatives rela-tives and friends at Mapleton. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Callister and Leuard Callister were the Sunday Sun-day dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Carrick. The members of the relief society met Tuesday afternoon for work meeting. Refreshments were served to 20 members. Ina Thompson of Salt Lake City is the guest during the week of Misg Elaine Bird. A fairewell reception for Miss Iiosella Pate who left Wednesday for the Xorth Western states mission mis-sion was held Sunday evening in the Mapleton church. An excellent program was given including a reading by Larna Whiting; vocal duet by Marie Jensen and Grace Llewtyn; addrexs by Miss Pate: talk by Miss Pate's mother, father and grandfather: closing remarks by Bishop It. I,. Mendeuhall. Miss Grace Iverson of Washington, Washing-ton, T'tnli, is visiting with relatives this week. |
