The uncle also failed to understand under-stand the lad, and Von Wagenheim became a ne-er-do-well wanderer a vagrant who was forever haunting churches to hear the organ music he loved. Von Wagenheim does not tramp the road much now. He is old. I Most of his time re spends as the county's non-paying guest, grateful to the deputies because the jail has a rickety old organ which he is allowed al-lowed to play as much as he wants. |
