Show D Ym Remember Do you remember how difficult it was when you were kids to get the proper schooling? Do you remember how, in the country communities, you used to have to burn coal oil lamps for lighting purposes? Do you remember, in the country communities, you did not have any telephones ? Do you remember when you have no public libraries? Do you remember when you had no paved streets ? Do you remember when you had no public park ? Do you remember when you had no high school ? Do you remember when you didn't have any industries in your community? Do you know what has brought these things to your community ? It is the loyalty and faith you have shown in backing its industries and enterprises which in turn have brought mora taxes to be used for community upbuilding. Then doesn't it behoove us to get back of our community with a concerted effort and trade with our local business men who are interested in you and your welfare. Trade at home and make your home town bigger and more prosperous. Your home town gives you a living put something back into it. |
