Show G. 0. P. WOMEN ELECTOFFICERS Republican Federation Again Chooses Mrs. C. H. Wright President. The Women's National Republican Federation mot in the county court house monday and eleced officers for be ensuing year as follows : Mrs. C. II. Wright was re-clecti" prcsidcn for the third year. ! Mrs. Jessie Johnson was eloctei vice president to succeed Mrs. J II. Beck and Mrs. J. W. Huish, who are at present first and second vice presidents respectively. Mrs. Vienna B. Kimball will succeed suc-ceed Miss Lilly Allred as secretary, with Mrs. Eva Kay as assistant secretary. sec-retary. Mrs. Edith T. Booth was elected treasurer to fill the position which Mrs. Mary Vincent now holds. Following the election of officers the by-laws of the federation were read by Miss Melba Bachman and accepted by the members. Plans were discussed for the Republican Re-publican convention which is to be hold at the Hotel Utah, Monday, April 7. Mrs. C. H. Wright will represent rep-resent the Republican women of Provo at the convention and Mrs. 1 L. C. Potter will give a paper at the meeting on "Foreign Immigration." i |
