Show Public invited to Provo meet Residents of this area will have the opportunity of seeing in action a demonstration of world famous Dale C a r ne g i e training. Max E. Call, Associate Associ-ate Sponsor of the Utah Leadership Lead-ership Training Services and Dale Carnegie Course will be inProvo tonight, Feb. 28, to conduct a public meeting beginning be-ginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Labor Temple at 165 W. 1st North. The meeting is free to everyone. For 51 years the course has been conducted all over the U.S. and Free World. Its a leadership course designed to help men and women become effective speakers overcome fear and worry, gain poise and self confidence, develop their memory and get along better with people through the use of 37 human relations rules Dale Carnegie outlines in his book "How to Win Friends and Influence People". This book, which has sold over 4 and a half million copies is one of the texts used in the course. The free meeting tonight to which the public is invited will be the first of an entire series of meetings to be held in Central Utah this spring. Registration for the 14 week course will take place tonight at the demonstration meeting. New armymen Two Springville men, Stephen Step-hen Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Stewart and David Da-vid Walter Lucas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Diamond Lucas, have enlisted in the U.S. Army, according ac-cording to a report received this week from the Selective Service board in Spanish Fork. |
