Clark Davis, who were married recently re-cently in the Logan LDS Temple. Tem-ple. She is the former Miss Zina Marie Jensen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. Christian Jensen of Preston, Ida., and Mr. and Mrs. Lester E. Davis f Springville, are parents ot the groom. Following their marriage, they were honored at a recep1 tion at Preston and later with an Open House in the garden of the Davis home here. The bride chose for her wedding wed-ding attire, a floor length gowr, of embroidered nylon over taf-fetta. taf-fetta. The fitted bodice featured fea-tured a scalloped neckline and the full bouffant skirt was accented ac-cented by flowing panels of embroidered nylon. Her fingertip finger-tip veil of illusion fell from a crown of blossoms and seed-pearls. seed-pearls. A white orchid surrounded with pink roses formed the bridal bouquet. Attending the bride were De Onne Fisher, Lenore Davis Da-vis and Joyce Jensen. They wore pink polished cotton gowns and held pink carnations carna-tions arranged in tiny baskets. Keith Snelson .was best man. Mrs. Jensen chose a light blue eyelet for the wedding parties and Mrs. Davis pale blue lace. Their corsages were pink carnations and rose-buds. Greeting guests at the door were the groom's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. F. Keith Davis. At the guest register were Mrs. Robert Snow. Stanley Mr. and Mrs. L. Clark Davis honored with reception in Idaho and an Open House in Springville. She is the former for-mer Miss Zina Marie Jensen of Preston. Stubbs and Vern Young were ushers. In the gift room were Mrs. Wilbur Stephenson, Joan Gus-tavson Gus-tavson and Mrs. Kent Mur-dock. Mur-dock. Mrs. Chester Davis, Mrs. Lew Banks and Mrs. Paul Valgardsen were assisted in serving by Evelyn Webb, Vic-ki Vic-ki Allan, Venice Oakey and RaNae Early at small tables centered with lighted candles. Enhancing the garden setting sett-ing was the 3-tiered wedding cake in white, decorated with pink rose-buds. Crystal candle-holders help pink candles resting on the lace covered table. Mrs. Zina Crandall has come to Springville for a visit with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Crandall. Cran-dall. She accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Dick Rothwell who come here to attend a family reunion re-union from Leslie, Idaho. |
