Peterson-Peck temple rites followed by reception here Newlyweds Mr. and Mrs. I. Dan Peck are making their home in Orem having reecntly returned from a honeymoon to Yosemite Park and Los Angeles, Angel-es, Calif., following their marriage mar-riage early this month in the Salt Lake Temple. Mrs. Peck is the former Miss Karen Peterson, daughter of Mrs. Rulon Sheets of LaCan-ada, LaCan-ada, Calif., and Ray Peterson of Springville, and the groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Mah-lan Mah-lan Peck of Lehi. A reception in the Springville Spring-ville Third-Ninth Ward church honored the couple who were also guests of. honor at a reception re-ception at LaCanada. For her wedding gown the lovely young bride chose a silk organza designed with 3-tiered bouffant ruffled skirt with lace inserts. The fitted bodice featured lace inserts and tapered tap-ered sleeves. Her elbow-length veil fell from a seed-pearl stud- 'ded cap and she carried a bouquet bou-quet of . waxy stephanotis centered cen-tered with an orchid. Assisting the bride ' and groom with reception of guests were attendants, Mrs. Jerry Smith, matron of honor; Mrs. Evelyn Fullmer, RaNae Blan-chard, Blan-chard, Ina Jean Peck, Donna Lee and Peggy Peterson, as bridesmaids. They wore orchid silk organza gowns and their flowers were pink rose buds and lily-of-the-valley. Mrs. Sheets chose a pink brocaded nylon for her daughter's daugh-ter's reception and Mrs. Peck wore a biege and salmon colored col-ored gown. At the guest book were Mrs. Pat Flygare and Peggy Allan. Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Tuttle, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Peck and Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Peterson were at the door. Wayne Peck, brother of the groom, ushered. Gifts were in charge of Mrs. Doyle Egan, Mrs. Harold Har-mer, Har-mer, Mrs. Darrell Hill of Pay-son Pay-son and Mrs. Bill Bird. Jean Davis, Judy Holley, Douglas Peck, Gill and Bobbie Tuttle were gift bearers. Refreshments were served by Anita Blanchard, Gloria Hansen, Han-sen, Jeanine Holley, LuAnn Harmer, Linda Davis, Lynette Harmer, Sheralyn Hill, Kathleen Kath-leen Egan, Judy Blanchard and Sandra Tuttle. Two aunts of the bride, Mrs. Frances Holley and Edna Hansen Han-sen were acting hostesses. Directing the serving were Mrs. Vera Stokes assisted by Charlene, Tuttle, Marilyn Tuttle, Tut-tle, Reba Blanchard and Erma Bryner. For her going away attire, the bride chose a pink linen sheath with white accessories. '50 Class reunion Reservations should be in to Charlene and Billie Tuttle, Blaine Frazier or Roberta Smith Suhday for the 1950 class reunion to be held at Kelly's Grove July 2 under direction of Lloyd Madsen, the class president. A dinner, program pro-gram and visiting are planned. |
