Show DUP greet holidays at special meets Camp Spring Creek Meeting with Mrs. Clara Boyer, members of the Spring Creek DUP observed the coming com-ing Christmas with a Christmas Christ-mas story given by Mrs. Mae Isaacson and the lesson on the Johans Larsen family by Mrs. Rose Mower. Each member brought a gift for the exchange held in connection con-nection with the social afternoon. after-noon. Refreshments were served by Mrs. Boyer, assisted by Mrs. Mower, Mrs. Isaacson and Mrs. Stella Straw. Camp Locust Grove The December meeting of the Camp Locust Grove Thursday Thurs-day at the home of Mrs. Mel-va Mel-va Smith featured a Christmas Christ-mas theme. The group sang several Christmas songs and Mrs. Smith read appropriate verse. The lesson waa given by Mrs. Barbara Hendrickson on, "A Treasury of Pioneer Stories." Co-hostess for the meeting assisting Mrs. Smith was Mrs. Margaret Miner. Refreshments were served at the close of the program. Camp Mountain View Ladies of Camp Mountain View met at the home of Mrs. Nettie Thorn for their Christmas Christ-mas program Thursday of last week. Vice-Captain Emily Anderson An-derson was in charge. The group sang Christmas carols followed by Christmas stories given by Mrs. Velma Nielson and Mrs. Helen Ash-craft. Ash-craft. Mrs. Evelyn Boyer entertained en-tertained with vocal selections, selec-tions, accompanied by Mrs. Jane Richins. Pretty Christmas decorations were about the entertaining rooms and a lunch suggestive of the holiday time was served ser-ved by Hostesses Mrs. Thorn, Mrs. Leonia Cameron and Mrs. Cora Child, assisted by Mrs. Mary Martindale and Mrs. Thelma Clark. An exchange of gifts among the members climaxed the enjoyable en-joyable social.
