Show Birthdays Call For Two Special Parties Two well-known Springville ladies with a host of relatives and friends each celebrated their 83 and 82 birthdays during dur-ing the past several days at separate parties. Mrs. Sarah Lloynd, who was 83 last Thursday, was guest of honor at a dinner given at the home of a daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Prothero. Quite a number of her family fam-ily attended including Mrs. Alice Brown of Copporton; George and Sarah Kendall, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Broad-head Broad-head and family of Heber; Mr. and Mrs. Glen Tolley, Springville. Spring-ville. Many friends and other relatives rela-tives called during the day and sent special greetings and gifts for the birthday. Mrs. Ella Reynolds To mark the 82nd birthday of Mrs. Ella Reynolds, her sisters sis-ters and sisters-in-law took picnic lunch and surprised her at her home on Monday. They spent the day visiting and reading some of Mrs. Reynolds Rey-nolds bits of advise, poetry and articles. During the day, a number of family members and friends called including a daughter, Mrs. Bess Mendenhall who phoned greetings from Las Vegas, Nev. Spending the days with her were her sister, Mrs. A. W. Cherrington and Mr. Cherring-ton; Cherring-ton; sisters-in-law, Mrs. Edith Wheeler ana Mrs. Dorothy Wheeler and Mrs. Josephine Whipple. |
