Show I ' looted . . . Five Springville boys stationed sta-tioned in widespread areas in the Far East, got together for a few days reunion in Korea. They were Norman Van Patten, Pat-ten, Frank Van Patten, Richard Rich-ard Thorn, Deon Torgensen and Dolan Sorensen. Mrs. Richard McQuivey, the former Mary Jane Hort'on, has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elkington- Horton in Springville from their home in Hammond, Ind. She has been in Utah two weeks and has also al-so visited her husband's folks, the Marion McQuiveys of Salem. Sa-lem. She came to Springville especially for the wedding of Marilyn Clegg Myers. Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Thorn, Mrs. Orville Harmer and Mrs. Nona Bradshaw were among friends from Springville who pttanrTpH fimpml sprvir.es for Joseph Fotheringham in Min-ersville, Min-ersville, Thursday of last week. Mr. Fotheringham was a former for-mer resident of Springville and was employed for several years at Ironton, retiring about a year ago. Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Eggert-sen Eggert-sen returned home recently from a delightful visit with their son, Dr. Hal Eggertsen and wife and family at Seattle. Wash., and they also traveled down the coast to San Francisco, Fran-cisco, Calif, where they visited their daughter, Mrs. Fred (Helen) (Hel-en) Delude and husband. Miss Merilyn Wight in company com-pany with Miss Ann Hafen of Boston, Mass., is touring Europe Eur-ope expecting to be gone about six weeks and visiting Switzer- land, Germany, France, England, Eng-land, Belguim, Scotland and Spain. Miss Wight is an air stewardess and they are making mak-ing the trip by plane. |
