Show Funeral Services Held in 1st Ward For Vera S. Losee Funeral services were held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the First-Twelfth ward chapel for Mrs. Vera Skelton Losee, 60, wife of Ephraim Losee, who died Sunday at the family residence, resi-dence, 731 South 7th East after an illness. Bishop Maurice C. Bird of the First ward was in charge. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery under direction of Wheeler Mortuary. Mrs. Losee was born in Tooele, March 16, 1898, a daughter of Oran and Luella Henwood Skelton. She was married January 27, 1915, at Fillmore and the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She has always been active in LDS Church work and served as an organist organ-ist and as a Relief Society and Sunday School teacher. Before moving to Springville, the family fam-ily lived at Delta and Santa-quin. Santa-quin. Surviving besides her husband hus-band are a son and two daughters, daugh-ters, Burton Leland Losee of Tyndall AFB, Fla., Mrs. Wm. (Sarah Sorrells of Provo and Mrs. Alvin (Alta) Taylor of Springville; nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and three brothers, Oren Skelton of Tooele, Earl Skelton of Provo and Brant Skelton of Bounti-.ful.
