Show Yale Man as a Missionary. Dr. Samuel Gueruoy of the Yale medical school, class of 1901, will go to Oomgalli, Rhodesia, South Africa, to become a medical missionary. He is the man who took charge of Cook, the smallpox patient in Derby, two years ago, when no one could be found to undertake the nursing. For this he was presented with a gold medal by the legislature. The mission at Oom-galll Oom-galll is one of the most important in South Africa. Dr. Guerney is now purchasing $10,000 worth of equipment for the manual training school and hospital. |
