Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEES SALE whereas william alexander ches ley and matilda wife did by their certain deed of trust dated the day of december 1891 and recorded the day of december 1891 in book 8 daae of the records in the office of recorder of deeds of county in the territory now state of utah convey to william H dale as trustee the following described real estate situate in said utah county wit commencing 21 chabina north of the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of section nineteen 19 township six 6 south 0 range three 3 east salt lake meridian thence running north 88 degrees 20 minutes west 26 66 chains thence north 22 degrees east 1076 chains thence south ks degrees east 22 50 chains and thence south 10 chains to the place of beginning also commencing at the northeast corner of the southwest quarter said section thence south 6 chains thence north 88 degrees west 22 50 chains thence north degrees 5 44 chains and thence east 22 59 chains to beginning also commencing at the southeast corner of the north west quarter eaid section thence donth sonth 88 degrees 30 minutes west 16 72 chains north 4 degrees 15 minutes west chains thence north 88 degiers 30 minutes east 16 93 chains and thence south 1 degree east 3 64 chains to beginning containing in all 43 59 acres including with said land all the ditch and water rights which were owned by the ead william alex thereon after maturity at the rate of twelve 12 per cent per annum payable beef annually and whereas it is provided in said deed of trust that in case oi default in the payment of eaid promie eory no toor the interest thereon or the tabea on aard real estate the trustee shall upon the application of the legal holder of said note sell and dispose of said premises and all the right title benefit and equity of redemption of the said william alexander cheeley and matilda chealey Oh ealey their heirs and assigns therein ai public auction at the place in the manner and for the purposes in said deed of trust stated after first giving thirty 30 days notice aa particularly provided for in said deed of trust re ference to which ia hereby made for greater certainty and whereas default has been made in the payment of said principal note of 1400 and in the payment of six 6 coupon interest notes of 43 00 each due july ast 1st 1894 january ast 1st 1895 july let 1895 january ast 1st 1896 july lat 1896 and january ast 1st 1897 re ively and in the payment of taxes for the years 1895 and 1896 amounting to the sum of anich said amount of taxes has been advanced by the legal holder of said note and
