ir commencing 21 chains north of the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of section nineteen 19 township six 6 south of range three 3 east salt lake meridian thence north 88 20 minutes acet 26 legal holder of said note sell and dispose of said premises and all the right title benefit and equity of redemption of the said william alexander chesley and matilda Ohe their heirs and assigns therein at public auction at the place in the manner and for the purposes in said deed of trust stated after first giving thirty SO days notice as particularly provided for in said deed of trust re
