dignes 20 minutes west 26 66 chains thence north degrees east 1075 nce south ease 2 50 chains and chonce south 10 chains to the piece of beginning also at the northeast corner 0 the southwest quarter legal holder of said note bell and dispose of said premises and all the right title benefit and equity of redemption of the said william alexander chesley and matilda chesley their heirs and assigns therein at public auction at the place in the manner and for the purposes in said deed of trust stated after first giving thirty SO days notice as particularly for in said deed of trust re ference to
