r I JOSEPH G CANNON of Nebraska requiring a reorganlza tlon of the rules committee IncreasIng Increas-Ing Its membership from five to ten and declaring tho speaker Ineligible to membership thereon By tho cuilously identical vote of 191 to Hi5lmt with a decidedly dlf ferent personnel of alignmentthe house defeated a resolution of Repre scntatlve llnrlcson of Texas declaring U the sprakership vacant
