Foster, wife of Colonel Foster, commander at Fort Douglas military mili-tary hospital, and daughter, Catherine, arrived a few days ago from Athens, Ga., wher they have been visiting relatives and friends. Aside from six days' leave, which was granted Colonel Foster upon his arrival from France, this is his first opportunity to be with his family in over two years, on account of being attached to foreign service. Governor Thomas Campbell of Arlzpna. accompanied by his wife, arrived today to attend the governors' convention to be held next week.
