sum of ten hundred and seventy five dollars and on the same day for the purpose of ee curing the payment of said note and the interest thereon the said george H dorton a single man made executed and delivered to thomas W jennings trustee his certain trust deed upon the following described real property situated in the county of utah and territory inow state of utah to wit commencing sisty nino 69
