Changes in tlie registration law in Idaho since the last general election make it necessary for all voters to register again t his fall If they want to vote, whether they voted last time or not. This fact is being given wide publicity throughout the city and county, so that everyone will bo made aware of the fact before the end of August, Au-gust, after which If will be too lat,e to register.
