Although Utah is "over the top," there is to be no letdown in the work. Efforts will now be put forth by the 8000 workers iu the state to make a record for l.'tah uneipialed in tiic United States. An attempt will be made to feet more subscribers K.r capita ill Utah than will be, obtained in any other state. OVER THE TOP. Through the admirable organization perfected by the state council of defense, de-fense, the allotment of Liberty bonds has been subscribed by Utah. The honor of "going over the top" list is being contested by Iowa and 'rcgon, but it is fairly certain that I'tah will not fall below fifth place in the national contest. In the Twelfth reserve district' it is second. This is a record of which the state should be ; rood. The Tribune desires to congratulate congrat-ulate Jlcber J. Grant, the state chair-nan, chair-nan, and Lester D. Freed, city campaign cam-paign manager, and William K.
