Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEES BALE WHEREAS frank S green unmarried of salt lake county utah executed acknowledged and delivered to james H bacon as trustee of the city of halt lake in the then territory now state of atah his certain deed of trust bearing date the first day of january A D 1895 and recorded in the recorders office of the county of utah in the thon territory now state of utah on the ad day of january A D 1895 and ie corded in boos 24 of trust deeds at page which said deed of trust was given to secure to sarah certain indebtedness therein mentioned to wit two certain principal notes bearick even date with said deed of trust oae being for the sum of three thousand dollars abo first day of january AD 1900 with interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annum payable cami annual ly and the other of said principal notes being lor the sum of nine bundre dand twenty five bollara do llara 9 payable on the first of january A D 1896 with interest thereon at eight per cent per annum payable berm annually and to both of which said principal hotca coupon interest notes are attached for said semiannual semi annual interest and become due and payable semiannually semi annually respectively on the first days of july and january of each year from the date of said principal notes and until said prin cipal notes become all of said notes are payable in united staisa gold coin of the then present weight and fineness at the bank of fait lake in salt like city utah and with current rate of exchange on new york city new york and with interest from maturity until paid provides that it default be made in the payment of any of the interest attached thereto after the same becomes due and payable or on failure to comply with any of the conditions or agrees ments
