The property is owned jointly by the four city wards and is one of the most valuable val-uable pieces of business property in the city. It is located on the corner of Forest and First West. The building was recently damaged beyond re). air by fire of "mysterious origin, and a second fire dantaged considerable con-siderable property on the inside of the building. The property fronts seventy-seven seventy-seven feet on Forest street and 114 r'eet on l irst West. The building is of early-day construction and the walls are intact and very substantial, but it was erected for a playhouse and is not adaptable to any other use.
