Show Judge Baskin's Will Model for Brevity; Comprises 46 Words ONE sentence of forty-six words in length and written by his own hand when he was SI years of : ape. the will of the late Judge Robert X. Baskin, was filed yes-tetday yes-tetday for probate in the Third district court. Mrs. Mary- K. Hall is the sole legatee a nd is made executor without bonds. A petition for letters of administration, filed by Mrs. Hall with the will, sets forth that the esute consists of certain mining claims located in Tooele county of a probable value of $"200u and certain personal property, mostly books, of a probable value of STT.. The will is written on a half sheet of business letter paper in a bold legible hand. At the top is the caption, "My Olographic Will." The will reads: T. Robert N. Baskin of Salt Lake "iiy. bequeath and devise to Mrs. Mary Hall of said city, my properly prop-erly anil appoint her my executor to act without bonds.
