Webb, former .superintendent. of schools of Carbon count, Utah, anri , former Salt leaker, died yesterday at Los I Anseleg, Cal., according to word received here last night. Mr. Webb, who was 69 years of ae. was born in England and came to Ut;i h in 1S&2. settlinpr in tho southern part of ; tiie state. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias lodge. Ten years a.ro he moved to California. Ha is survived by his widow, Mrs. Annie Webb, and by the following children: William C. Webb and Mrs. Harry James of Salt -Lake and H. P. Webb of Los Angeles.
