Victor Roman, a farmer of Riverdale. was severely injured and his wife and child were slightly injured in-jured when the buggy in which they were driving to the city along the Riverdale road was run down by an automobile bearing state license number 12,165 at 8::0 p. m. yesterday. The force of the collision wrecked the light buggy and threw the occupants to the pavement. The report of the accident was made to the sheriff's office this afternoon by relatives rel-atives of the injured people. According to the information given to the officers, the automobile contained two men and three women, who, after the accident, are alleged to have not made any offer to aid the victims. It also was reported that at the lime of the a widen I there was a fyeavy downpour down-pour of rain, and Mr. Roman was driving driv-ing on the oxu'pme right-hand side of the road and tha I tlie automobile deli de-li bera teiy drove into the buggy. Following Fol-lowing the accident J 1 erhert J 'arker of Riverdale took the victims to their home in Riverdale. It' was found that Mr. Roman's right 1 shoulder was broken and Mrs. Roman : and the daughter, three years of age. j had suffered minor bruises.
