Show PIONEER RESIDENT CALLED BY DEATH Special to The Tribune. MOUNT LEAS A NT, Dec. !.A. G. Nelson died at his home Sunday afternoon, after-noon, lie had been an Invalid 'for the past twelve years. Ho was horn in Sweden in 1 s: J and came to 1'tah with his parents when a boy. The familv lived in Tooele, for seven years, coming to Mount Pleasant in 1S71. He was closely connected with the upbuilding and growth of the new settlement and took an active part In all public and religious affairs. He was a member of the quorum of seventies sev-enties of the L. D. S. church and worked several years on the construction of the Manti and St. George temples. He is survived by his widow and the following children: Mrs. Lawrence 'Winters. 'Win-ters. Cannon. Obed, Edgar. Evan. Helen and Frank Nelson, all of Mount Pleasant. Mrs. WTilliam Matson of Salt Lake and George and Hugh Nelson, now with the A. :. F. in France. One daughter, Mrs. A rtliur O. Neilsen. died nine vears acu. Funeral services twill- be held Wednesday |
