Show RESTRICTION 01 COTTOfUIFTEO Export May Be Made to Several Countries Beginning Begin-ning December 2. , WASHINGTON", Nov. 21. Restrictions on the exportation of raw cotton for Great Britain, France, Italy, Belgium and Japan were removed today by the war trades hoard and he committee on cotton distribution. The order Is effective December De-cember 2. Exportation restrictions on raw cotton going to Spain whereby the quantity exportable ex-portable was limited and allotted among the various shippers also were withdrawn, effective November '12. After that date applications will be considered with a view to granting licenses freely.. Regulations which required that the grade and staple be specified on application appli-cation for export and that the applicant disclose the existence of an actual sales contract or freight allotment also were withdrawn, effective November 22. Cotton ginned prior to November 14 amounted to S,liSl,005 running bales, including in-cluding 127, SI 2 round bales. 6S73 bales of American Kgvptlan and 24.M5 bales of sea island, the census bureau today announced. an-nounced.
