15 of Mortgage a page in the office of the recorder of utah counte utah ter convey to the as trustee the following described real ea tate situate in utah county utah territory to wit at the northeast corner ot block 44 plat B provo city aur vey of building iota running thence west twelve 12 rods cheuca south six 6 rods thelca east twelve 12 rods thence north eix 6 rody to place of beginning in trust however to secure the payment of their certain promissory promis dory acte therein described in the sum of three thousand dollars payable to the order of joseph D jones the party of the third part in said deed of trust with in terest thereon at the rats of fifteen per cent per annum from the date thereof payable quarterly and whereas said deed of treat provided pr ovidea that in case default be made in the payment of aard note or any part thereof or of any interest that may accrue thereon then said ahall remain in force and the said party of ahn feconda part may proceed to sell
