15 of mortgages page in ahn office of the recorder of utah counte utah territory convey to the undersigner undersigned under signed as trustee the following real estate situate in utah county utah territory to wit at the northeast corner of block 44 plat B provo city auf vey of building lota running thence twelve 12 rods theace south six G rode thence erst twelve 12 rods thence north eix 6 rods to place of in however to escure the payment of their certain promissory n te therein described in the sum of three thousand dollars to the order of joseph D jones the party of the third part in said deed of trust with in terest thereon at the rato of fifteen per cent per annum from ane date thereof payable quarterly and whereat Where aa said deed of trust provides that in case default be made payment of dote or any part hereof or of any interest that may accrue thereon ihen said ded remain in dorco and the said party oi the cecone part may proceed to sail aard described property or any part thereof at public to the highest bidder for cash either of the parties to said deed being at liberty to become the purchaser at auch eale at the front door of the county court house in provo cita said city and upon such sale the said party of the second part shall execute abd deliver a deen or deeds in fee simple of the property sald to the pur chaser or purchasers and out of the proceeds of said sale first pay the expenses of said trust including reasonable attorney and counsel teas and compensation to said trustee for his services second pay the amount paid by the said party of the
