ART EXPENDITURES FORMALLY APPROVED The capitol commission yesterday authorized au-thorized several expenditures. Gilbert White received 200 n on account of mural paintings. The total price for these ro-t'wioa ro-t'wioa decorations is $10,000. Glrard Hale, the artist who is making the large oil painting of the capitol commission, received $100" on account. The commission voted $100 to C. IT. Jack, who Is carving the lartr lions at the entrances. Jack has postponed putting put-ting the finishing touches to the statuary until warmer w either come?.
