Owen, in a suit for divorce filed yesterday, alleged that her husband, W'illiam 1,'. In the numerous causes for com-pliiiut com-pliiiut the plaintiff alleges that the defendant in his drinking moods struck her, raised havoc wilh the setting 0f the dinner table and dinners which sho had prepared by taking off his coat and using it for the purpose of clearing off the table, much to the detriment of tho dinner and dishes. He had also appropriated, appro-priated, according to the complaint, the automobile, which is said to be the joint property of the plaintiif and defendant, de-fendant, and' used it for the entertainment entertain-ment "of another woman." The plaintiff alleges that sho is the owner of Salt Lake realty which brines her in a rental of ir-Jo a month. The husband, the complaint says, is able to earn I-1." a month at his trade, and of this latter the plnintiff wants a duo share as alimony. The railroad company com-pany is placed in the unique position cf ficiug made defendant in a divorce action, and an Ardor is asked that the company be restrained from paying to Owen any wages due him. The plaintiff plain-tiff also asks that the defendant bo restrained re-strained from making any disposition of the automobile. |
