when he ha entered the brigham young academy at provo as a normal ne attended that worthy educational institution for two years aud and graduated he then received an invitation to teach in springville Spring ville which was accepted and mr robinson taught there one year and then returned to Amb american rican folk fok in Spring springville ville he showed his ability as ais a teacher and is still kindly remembered I 1 by many ref residents identa in that bat C city ity two years ago the ilie Spring springville neville ville trustees offered him the of their schoola at a salary of 95 per month lint hat mr robinson Robi naon preferred teaching i in his native city where he has bas also material interests politically our candidate has been very popular in the north end of utah coun ty where city july 27 1865 and attended school I 1 at a tender age going first to the dusenberry school until the brigham young academy started when he be attended the latter his hia vacations were anent in the rough pursuits of this lV western estern country he went to the canyons after wood and worked on the farm with his uncle among his earliest experiences was learning to drive an oxen team albert glazier continued in reg regular rilar attendance at the brigham young academy until the winter of 1831 when he ha quit schoot school and went into the old factory store as a clerk he worked in that position for two years and then clerked about a year ia the provo east coop co op after which he returned to the factory store while cashier W H dusenberry was in attendance at the utah legislature mr glazier filled a position position in in the first national bank of provo provo this was waa only temporary however but in august 1884 1894 he was engaged as teller a vacancy in the bank having been caused by the death of an employed emo emp loye he worked as teller a number of years and tuen became assistant cashier august 7 1891 he was chosen cashier and held that position I 1 i until july jull in 1889 mr glazier was elecey county treasurer on a peoples party ticket and vas again reelected re elected in 1890 he was the only county officer who did not join i the court house ring and become a third ward and in 1890 no ne was elected to continue in the position fr another term by the peoples party he was nominated by the provo republicans i for r the office of 0 city treasurer in 1892 1992 but went down in honorable defeat in evey every v position mr dixon has held he has demonstrated his capability and thorough honesty and has g eiven i iven general satisfaction he is one of tha most
