Johnson, Judge of the District Court of the United States for the District of Utah: Joseph Cavanaugh, of Salt Lake City, in the County of y;ilt Lake and State of Utah, in said district, respectf nllv lepre-sents lepre-sents that on the 30th day of March last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt under un-der the acts of congress relating to bankruptcy; bank-ruptcy; that he has duly surrendered ail his property and lights of property, and has fully complied with all requirements of said acts and of the orders of the Court touching his bankruptcy. Wherefore he prays that he may be decreed by the Court to have a full discharge dis-charge from all debts provable against his estate under said bankrupt acts, except ex-cept such debts as are excepted bv law fiom such discharge.
