Boberts at the tabernacle In opening Elder Boberts said that two weeks ago yesterday he had referred re-ferred briefly to the war but that he wished to go more fully into the quel t on Tha speaker declared that Joseph Smith was inspired when he prophes ed that war would be poured out upon the nations of the earth that a part of the prophecy had already been fulfilled and that the remainder was about to be fulfilled The speaker quoted from Isa ah and Joel relative to wars in the last days He declared that in his opinion the words of Joel were of times that were to proceed the prophecy of Isaiah of universal Teaee Keierring aga n to the prophecy or.
