Show CHARGE MORE SERIOUS Statutory Accusat ons Grow Out of Case That Was Former y On y Battery Special to The Tribune OGDEN Oct. 7 As a result of the at tempted trial of a battery case in Judge W H. Reeder"s court a few days ago complaints charging statutory crimes were n ed by the count attorney today against William an Koman and Mrs. Lena Eddy At a preliminary arraign ment this morning an Koman s preliml nary hearing was set for October 12 It Is probable that the arraignment ot the won an win take place on the same day Their bonds have been fixed at JaOO each. In the original case "Van Koman was charged with battery Mrs. Fannie Faulk ner mother of the Eddy woman being the comp alning witness. Mrs Eddy and Char es Brown were also witnesses for the prosecution When the evidence las heard Judge Reeder ordered the defend ant and also the three witnesses sent to jail -pend ng an official investigation. It is probable according to the officers, that complaints will also be issued against Mrs Faulkner and Brown. |
