Paper Secures Startling Statement State-ment Pointing to Alleged Al-leged Organized German Ger-man Conspiracy Existing Exist-ing All Over United States. r PBOYIDENCE E I Dec lo The Prondenee Journal prints th a morning the text of an affidavit made by Johan nes Henrjkus VanKoolbergen in San Francisco on August last This affi davit goes into much circumstantial evi dence with regard to an alleged organ ited""tferman"tonspiracy on the Pacini coast with the object of blowing up munitions plants, on which indictments . have been returned by a federal grand jury m San rranciBCO against Baron George Wilhelm von Brincken C C Crowley and Mrs Margaret Cornell. C Canada giv tng substantially the same facts as hereinbefore stated T received a tele gram from Mr Orchard in reply In the following tenor Come Imme di&tely to ancouver jour traveling expenses will be paid I wired back that I did not have the cash at the time and asked him to arrange for a pass to Vancouver which he did I received a telegram from the Cana dian Pacific railway offices to the fol lowing effect That a first class passage to Vancouver was waiting at their office and the ticket was de llered to roe by the Pout hern Pa clfSc Railroad company at the Palace Hotel building ccepts Proposition In the meantime I had accepted on Brtncken s proposition to go to Can ada and he offered me $500 to de fray my expenses. As at that time I did not know whether tne acceptance of that money would bring me into trouble T told him that I had 8 of flcient funds to get aldng until I came back.
