The numerous changes in the official staff of the Union Pacific that went into effect today have brought another change affecting Ogden In the announcement of S. R. Touchy, new superintendent of the Wyoming division, that he had selected Alfred Rutberglen of this city as his chief clerk. Mr. Rutberglen. Rutber-glen. who has ben employed with the Urjlon Pacific in Ogden for the past seven years, will hereafter make ills headquarters headquar-ters with Superintendent Touc-y at Cheyenne. Wyo. The vacancy that made possible the promotion of Mr. Ruthrglen was caused by the appointment of Frank Otiman, former chief clerk at Cheyenne, to the position of assistant chiff clerk to General Gen-eral Superintendent W.
