Jordan, citric of the United States circuit court of appeals at St rani, Minn., advising him that decisions had ben rendered in the cases of the Uinta. Development company vs. John C. Mac key, Uinta Development company vs. J'aniei Mac key and Uinta Development company g. 6 te wart-Harding Sheep company, com-pany, wherein the decision of the federal court at Cheyenne. Wyo., has been reversed. re-versed. New trials "were granted in each case. The cases are trespass actions filed against the defendants for traversing l.md belorcmg to the t'lnta development company with their flunks in totting trm to t i'o "public domain for grazing.
