Ingress to the first two places was cained through the back doors. The theft at the Jewelry store wa accomplished through a broken window, the watches being reached where they lay on a repair bench in the back of the store. Entrance to the store they could not accomplish. In addition to the whisky, the lads took from tlm saloon a cash box torn from a toll telephone, breaking It open in the rear yard of the saloon. They also cnrrled out Vito the back yard ft peanut vending machine, charged with salted peanuts. They broke the machine and, fortlfeid with the whisky and peanuts, made the attempt upon the jewelry store. |
