Show I THREE MEN INJURED WHEN SCAFFOLD FALLS Three men were injured In a 'fall of nearly thirty feet wlien a scaffold on which t'.iey were at work, painting the celling of the First Methodist church, on East Second South street, gave wny yesterday afternoon. They were A. F, Bowyer of 20GO Ninth 3L'ast street, F. G. Parrott of 951 Lako Htreet and J. TT. Bull of 750 South Fifth T'.nat street. Mr. Bowyer suffered a fracture frac-ture of ono collar bone, a scalp wound and Injury to his back. Parrott was badly bad-ly cut on the noee and upper lip and Ills back was wrenched. Bull suffered fractures of several ribs, a rupture of a blood vessel In his right leg nnd posslblo internal injuries. All three men were taken Immediately to St. Mark's hospital for surgical attention. atten-tion. At an early '.lour this morning their condition was reported favorable. |
