Show announce the birth of a daughter at their home in lower Bingham February 13. A son was born at the. home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Merl Phipps of Copperfield February 12- Mr. and Mrs. Garth Jones of Tooele, formerly of Bingham, are parents of a daughter born February Febru-ary 9 at the Bingham hospital. Mrs. Milan Hendrickson and daughter, Carol Ann, of Tooele, were guests this week of Mrs. Hendrickson's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Milner. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Wednes-day in the College-Community theatre, the Utah State Agricultural Agricul-tural college in Logan presented "Valley Forge", a play by Maxwell Max-well Anderson, with a cast of 50. Joe Hatfield, formerly of Bingham Bing-ham and now of Murray, played the part of "Rafe", a soldier in the continental army under General Gen-eral George Washington. David Ireland played the part of a captain cap-tain in the British army under General William Howe. O LOCAL NOTES Mr. and Mrs. W- G. Thomas entertained at dinner Tuesday evening in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Frank T- Lewis and son, Frank Jr., of Salt Lake City who left today to make their home in Pittsburgh, Pa. Mr. and Mrs. B-G. B-G. Thomas and sons, Gene and William, of Lark .and Mr- and Mrs. W. II. Trevarthen and Mrs. Trevarthen's .father, William Robertson Rob-ertson were other guests.
