With the returns practicnlly completo from Morgan and Davis counties, It is certain that tho entire en-tire Republican ticket has been successful success-ful in the Second Judicial district, comprising com-prising Weber, Morgan and Davis counties. coun-ties. Judge J. A. Howell and N. J. Harries Har-ries will carry the district over the Democratic Dem-ocratic candidates by pluralities of about 1000. Tho plurality for R. S. Famsworth, Republican candidate for district attorney, attor-ney, will be less than 00. Morgan county alone, and there is even some doubt regarding tho vote, is the only ono of the three in the district to give thc Progressive candidates a plurality plu-rality over the Pemocrats. In both Davis and Weber counties tho Republican candidates had substantial leads over S. T. Corn, A. E. Pratt and D. S. Cook, with the Progressives running third.
