Tex., May According to a dispatch filed late tonight to-night by a correspondent of the Brownsvillo Ilorald at Hidalgo, Te.v., opposito Rio Bravo, Mexico, where the rebels aro encamped, General Lucio Blanco and his band of S50 revolutionists revolution-ists aro preparing to march at daybreak day-break presumably to attack Matamoras, across tho border from Brownsville. General Blanco, however, refuses to make known his destination. Rio Bravo is thirty-seven miles from Matamoras. Anticipating an attack tomorrow, barricades of sandbags are being thrown up around Matamoras tonight. Two Mexicans who crossed from Rio Bravo today reported that John B. Ala-mia, Ala-mia, an American, had been hanged by tho rebels. Their story, however, is given little credence, as A lamia was regarded as a rebel sympathizer, ft is also reported that General Blanco caused two of his men to bo hanged for looting.
