Cummins, a director in the Carnegie Trust company at the time of Us failure and 'also interested In the subordinate banks involved In the crash, must serve the term in Sing Sing prison Imposed upon him by tho supreme court. Ho was convicted of larceny In the first degree de-gree for the appropriation of the proceeds pro-ceeds of four checks on the Nineteenth Ward hank, made payable to the Carnegie Trust company, and sentenced to serve not less than four years and eight months and not moro than eight years and eight months. |
