Lunt and twenty other farmers of Iron county wa3 taken up for trial In Judge N. J. Harris's division of tho Second district dis-trict court today. Judgo Harris has set no other case for trial during1 this month and It scorns reasonably certain that the Cedar City affair will requlro no Ices than thrco weeks' time. In addition to the twenty-one defon-dante, defon-dante, there aro several other persons directly Intcrosted In tho outcome of the suit nnd no lesn than thlrty-flvo pcrsonB residing In Iron countv will be nummoncd as witnesses. Provided the case Is not finished within three weeks, tho costB will excoed the original purchase price of the stallion which caused tho trouble.
