Show ANOTHER SUIT FILED OVER WEAVER GROUP Another Rochester mining stilt has been Instituted In the district court, here, the case being that of M. B. Moore and Robert FT. Young against the Rochester Ro-chester Weaver Mining company and F. M. Schick. The plaintiffs are suing to recover a one-fourth interest In the Weaver, Weaver 2s"o 1 and Weaver No. 2 mining claims, which are situated on Xenzel hill,- In the Rochester district Tho plaintiffs claim title through a deed from Nels Olson, who was a partner of Schick, the locator of the claims. Th complaint Is signed by a long array of attorneys for tho plaintiff Metson. Drew & McKenzle. R. C. Stoddard. M. B. Moore, William Woodburn, Jr., and R. 11. Young. The Weaver group Is considered among the most valuable In the Rochester district. dis-trict. The claims were originally purchased pur-chased by George Winglleid, who afterward after-ward sold thorn to Joseph F. Nenzel, th leading spirit of the Rochester Weaver Mining company, the defendant In the suit brought by Moore and Young. The suit Is another phase of the litigation liti-gation that started between Schick and Olson almost with the Inception of the Rochester boom. Schick was grubstaked by Olson and made a number of early locations In the Rochester district, among them the Weaver group, which adjoins the original Nenzel property. Humboldt Star. |
