in the contested will case of the late job male who was at one time mayor of plainfield in this state there are about thirty five heirs contesting the will they are represented by ex chancellor and foster W voorhees nona of them are as closely related to the ex mayor aa are tha beneficiaries who are re pr dented by craig marshall and ex got anor beadle ex mayor male died on the of last january just aa lawyer carabal had put a pen in his trembling hands to sign his name to a will to the question whether it was his will he replied in the affirmative and then bank back dead before he had signed his name in the prerogative court at trenton an effort was made to haye the nuncupative will admitted to probate for the first time a certificate was made public signed by three witnesses who were present at the time the will was drawn up and when mr mala died these witnesses declare that they heard mr male ac knowledge the will and its provisions as his lafit will and testament and that he bade them bear witness to it they also declare that male was then of sound and disposing mind according to this will his fortune was to be equally divided between the children of his brother Malo
