S to 7 and 21 to 4, and thereby gained a one-point lead over jNIIs-soula jNIIs-soula in the Union association percentage table. Salt Luke Is .659 and Missoula .658. The light was a battle between hurl-crs, hurl-crs, "Iron Man" "Blttrolff working for the Coolcysox and Rube Hlldebrundt and Kdcrton for Great Falls. Honors on the mound were about even, but the stick work of Weaver's crew was more timely and Jlnally won the game. From the first ball pitched every man on both teams was ,on his toes and ready to glvo all he had for victory. In this game BUI Orr shone as the particular light, making mak-ing excellent stops, and got the hit that scored the winning run. Dressan made a wonderful catch at first base. All during the early stages of the Initial game the score board showed Salt Lake to have a one-run lead. In the seventh, however. Great Falls got three runs and It looked as though the game was won for the northerners. In the eight Inning, however, the Cooleysox camo back with three and again took the lead. Dovereaux was the first man up and when he went out easily it looked bad for the Skyscrapers. Sky-scrapers. Orr reached first on Faye's error er-ror and Johnny Pendleton drew a pass. Faye booted Forticr's grounder and let the bases fill up. Buck Weaver came to bat and after letting Hlldebrandt. get two strikes and no balls on him he lined out a clean double 10 the left field fence and cleared the circuit. In the ninth Great Falls put two more over. This gave the Electrics a one-run lead, but the Cooleysox tied them In their half of the ninth. In the three remaining Innings both sides got a man on third but neither side was able to score until the last half of the twelfth, when Salt Lake got the winning score. In the first Inning Great Falls scored one run on a base on balls to Misse and singles by Hester and Glffln. In the same Inning, Salt Lake scored one on two doubles by Bauer and Dcvercaux. This stopped the scoring until the last half of the fourth, when two runs were added to Salt Lake's score. These were made by a home run by Orr, a pass to Weaver and Blttrolff's two-bagger. In the first of the sixth a base on balls to Murphy, a sacrifice hit by MIsso and Hester's two-bagger brought In one run for tho Recdmen. Salt Lako failed to score In the sixth, but in the seventh Great Falls piled up three. Kaefer singled through tho box, and Gunn reached first on Pendleton's error. Mann hit a little one to Blttrolff, Blt-trolff, who threw wild over third and let In Kaefer and Gunn. Hlldebrandt and Murphy were easy ouls at first. Misse singled to center and scored Mann. An error by Faye. a base on balls and a two-bagger by Weaver scored three for Salt Lako In the eighth. A triple by Murphy, a two-base hit by Misse and a single by Glffln In the ninth gave Great Falls two. In the ninth Jake Bauer drew a pass and scored on Orr's double to left field fence.
